We offer free shipping on all orders within New Zealand. We will contact you with shipping details and costs regarding international orders.

We take care to ensure your artwork arrives safely and beautifully.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Each piece is carefully prepared and packaged from our studio.
Shipping Within New Zealand
Orders are shipped nationwide via tracked courier. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days once dispatched.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on location but generally take 7–21 business days. Please note that customs fees or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Packaging
All artworks are securely packaged to protect them in transit. Prints may be rolled in tubes or flat-packed, depending on size and material.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to courier or customs processing.

Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your artwork arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
Returns Process
To request a return, email us with your order details and reason for return. If approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned in original condition and packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Custom or Commissioned Work
All custom or commissioned pieces are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
